BCST can be especially beneficial during pregnancy offering support with changes in the body. For mothers and babies, post-partum, CST can support birth difficulties and trauma, sleep, feeding, reflux, colic as well as many other issues. “Experiences of pregnancy and birth form strengths and resources to be taken forward into adulthood; but they also have the potential to create ‘dis-ease’ and disease states both physically and psychologically. By addressing these at such a young age, we can go a long way to mitigate negative effects later in life.” John Wilks In addition to regular appointments, I am pleased to be offering reduced cost treatments for pregnant women and new mothers and babies at my monthly Community Clinic at ACU.E8 in Dalston. These treatments are available on a sliding scale starting at £50 for a 50 minute session. Please share this information with those who may benefit.
